I’m so frustrated by my slow broadband network from home recently. Firstly I though it was because the ISP, but after I checked the line directly, it seems not. At the same time, I found it’s even so difficult to connect to my Airport Express using AIrport Utility. Oh no! It’s my new Airport Express’s problem??
I’ve almost tried every setting in Airport Express, and found out the most critical setting is Channel! And I use a great Mac tool – iStumbler to find that there’re 3 router around my home are using channel 6. Channel 6 is frequently used by routers from any brand by default.
So after changing my Airport Express channel to 1, the connection is much more stable more!
