Adium is the best instant message application on Mac. Let’s have quick snap on the great features of coming Adium!

1. Twitter supports. Twitterific is good, but if I can choose I would prefer fewer apps running in background or popup!

2. Quick contact search. I didn’t realize this until I press any key on the contact list, it brought out a spotlight-like field. It’s so cool that if your contact list is longer than your screen!

3. Authorization window. Sometimes I got anonymous contact request. It’s a wise idea to ignore or reject risky threat!

Fix Facebook Login Problem

I found it’s quite strange that Facebook would ask me to login again when I check any page/tab in my Facebook home.
it’s rare like the cookie and some people may complaint this is Safari problem. I thought it was BUT it’s not true!!

1. Facebook only allows login by single client. That means if you logged in the page on desktop, and then try to login in iPhone safari you will be asked for authentication again (not including Facebook app for iPhone since it has your username/password saved).

2. Adium can act as Facebook client, but DON’T use it!! Same reason as above, if your Adium login Facebook, that means it would cause you to be asked to login again from any browser! But Adium as IM would login Facebook occasionally, then you will get crazy that always losing authentication in browser!!!
